It means we have more choices than ever and it also means we can fuse workouts together, getting us out of that boring old rut and challenging our bodies to go to new and ... No more separation of cardio and strength or even stretching and core work.

Center your energy and relief some stress. In this class we will combine all the best exercises that build a beautiful and strong definition in your core, chest, & back.

B.A.S.I.C. Balance and Strength Integrating Coordination A low impact class to create more flexibility strengthen joint & muscles, at a slower controlled pace. This class will help you strive for longevity.

Amazing cross-training class for a full body conditioning workout that will fire up your metabolism for the after burn affect, burning up to 48hours.

Let’s raise the dumbbells to spark the definition in our shoulders! This class is about incorporated and focusing on upper body strengthen, and definition of our arms. All you need for stabilizing muscles that lie deep to your shoulder joints and scapulae, that help improve for an overall lean arms look.

Crunch & Punch

30/30 class split. This class offers a high energy gripping hour that burns tons of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mix add combinations of punching and kicking, followed by an AB Lab that will leave you with sexy abs in no time.

Cardio Bikini Sculpt

Dynamic exercises to tone and burn fat in all the right places! In this class you incorporate body weight, light weights core stability moves, to prepare you for the summer sizzling months. Bikini Time!

Mat Pilates

Become (ONE) with your Mat, some equipment used bands, balls, ankle weights,
In this class we awake your inner core, thighs, flexibility and strength. Feel long, lean, and revived.

MOTIV 8:

Designed to increase cardio & strength capacity, this class will enhance production and develop overall strength. Short 20 second intervals at your “MAX” are followed by 10 seconds of Rest. Repeated for 8 total rounds, 6 exercises per class are completed for a body fat burning workout.

Booty Licious Boot Camp:

Combination of butt and leg exercises filled with a variation of squats, lunges, leg lifts, and Pilate- style strengthening moves intending to burn fat, round, & tighten leaving you with firm Booty Licious!!!

Align your body, your breath, and your mind in this gently flowing Vinyasa Yoga class.
